Berry yogurt smoothie bowls
A smoothie bowl is easier to eat when the base is thick enough to hold a spoon. Add liquid gradually, and use fruit that is ready to eat under the package’s safety instructions.

Berry yogurt smoothie bowls
Ingredients
How to make it
- Check the berries’ instructions. If cooking is required, cook and chill them fully before using; do not assume all frozen fruit is ready to eat.
- Blend berries, banana and yogurt until smooth, adding milk one tablespoon at a time only as needed.
- Divide the thick mixture between two bowls.
- Add granola and sunflower seeds and serve immediately.
Make it work in your kitchen
A blender may need more liquid than a food processor, so follow its instructions and avoid forcing a stalled blade. Toppings are optional and should suit the eater’s age and dietary needs. For a drinkable version, simply add more milk. The goal is a breakfast you enjoy, not a claim that a colorful bowl has special health effects.
