Garlic tomato flatbreads with mozzarella
Ingredients
How to make it
- Heat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Place flatbreads on a baking tray.
- Mix passata with garlic and spread thinly over the breads, leaving a small border.
- Add well-drained mozzarella and tomatoes, then drizzle with oil and scatter oregano and pepper.
- Bake for about 10–12 minutes until toppings are hot, cheese is melted and edges are crisp. Cut and serve promptly.
Make it work in your kitchen
Check the flatbread packet in case it has specific heating instructions. Drain mozzarella well and avoid overloading the center. Add fresh basil after baking if available. This is a convenient flatbread meal rather than a traditional pizza method; the base and cooking time are chosen for a quick home dinner.
